Vice President - Neil Lovitt, B.CD., Dip. GIS & Urban Planning, LPP, MCIP, CPT
Neil is a professionally and technically trained planner, who joined Turner Drake in 2014 after several years work experience developing large-scale wind energy projects across Nova Scotia. He graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Community Design (Hon. Urban Design Studies) degree from Dalhousie University, Halifax, Nova Scotia, and also holds a Diploma in GIS & Urban Planning from Fanshawe College, London, Ontario. He is currently enrolled in the University of British Columbia's Diploma in Urban Land Economics (DULE) and Bachelor of Business in Real Estate (BBRE) degree. Neil is a Member of the Canadian Institute of Planners (CIP), and a Member of the Canadian Association of Certified Planning Technicians (CACPT).
As the genesis of our Planning Division, Neil is working to bring our expertise in valuation, real estate economics, and market analysis to meet the planning needs of private and public sector clients alike.

Manager - Andrew Scanlan Dickie, B.Comm., M.Plan, LPP, MCIP
Andrew is a professionally trained planner, who joined Turner Drake in 2019 after working as a Municipal Planner in Ontario. He graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance & Operations Management) degree from McGill University, Montreal, Quebec. Following this he entered the Land Use Planning program at Dalhousie University, Halifax, Nova Scotia, obtaining his Master of Planning degree in 2017. Andrew has since obtained his full membership in the Canadian Institute of Planners (CIP) and is currently enrolled in the Diploma in Urban Land Economics (DULE) program at the University of British Columbia.
Andrew is a savvy data manipulator, putting skills developed in his finance education to work in collecting, collating, and analysing demographic, economic, and built environment data. He brings these skills to bear in support of Turner Drake’s municipal planning work, conducting growth forecasts and compiling existing conditions data to inform planning policy, and playing a central role in conducting housing needs studies.
