Our urban planners can work with your existing design team, or directly manage other consulting professionals as necessary to fulfil the planning application requirements. This allows you to minimise risk, and avoid incurring costs that can wait until after real estate development permission is secured, thus ensuring that you only proceed to detailed “shovel ready” design when you are confident that your property development application will be approved.
