Our selection of Properties for Lease lists only those properties we have expressly contracted to lease under our Landlord Representation program and is only a very small sample of the commercial property pool available for rent. Our primary trade area, a 100 kilometre radius of the Halifax Regional Municipality (which now incorporates the former municipalities of Halifax, Dartmouth, Bedford and Halifax County), has the largest inventory of office, industrial and retail space for rent in Atlantic Canada. The area is growing rapidly as rural population migrates to the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM) creating rental demand for office, warehouse and retail space.
However most office, industrial and retail space available for rent is not formally listed with the commercial brokerage community, instead the majority, if not all property managers, proactively make it available by circulating details to each commercial broker on a regular basis. It is also industry practice for commercial brokers to co-operate on the leasing of property that they have “exclusively” listed for rent.
