Comment: In March 2008 we again asked every client for whom we had completed a Valuation, Property Tax, Counselling, Brokerage or Lasercad assignment during the prior six months, to rate our performance on a five point scale ranging from “poor” to “excellent”. Respondents could chose to remain anonymous. 23% of those polled, responded. You may have participated in the survey: we are pleased to share the results with you.
