Demand for office space in the Halifax market improved slightly over the past year but vacancy remains relatively high (13.59%).  Consequently, there is little pressure, and thus little movement, on rental rates.  Meanwhile warehouse space continues to be in demand where, despite an increase in the vacancy rate (now at 6.03%), rents continue to rise.
