Comment:	Greater Charlottetown’s office vacancy fell year-over-year, finishing June 2024 at a rate of 5.69%; this was 0.91 pp less than 2023’s rate of 6.60%. Office rents saw a slight increase of 1.79% with average net rents coming in at $17.05/ft.². Meanwhile, warehouse space continues to see strong demand with a vacancy rate of just 3.06%, though rents there remain unchanged.
