The overall vacancy rate for office space in Greater St. John’s remained high in June 2024, with a rate of 22.32%.  The average net rental rate increased marginally, rising by 1.52% year-over-year. Meanwhile, demand for warehouse space rose, leading to a decrease in vacancy of 1.96 pp, ending June 2024 with a rate of 8.67%.
