Comment:	Demand for office space in the Halifax market improved slightly over the past year but remains relatively high (14.61%). Consequently there is little pressure, and thus little movement, on rental rates. Meanwhile warehouse space continues to be in demand where, despite a slight increase in the vacancy rate (4.63%), rents continue to rise.
